my first post & last day as a mom of 1

hello blog world! I am totally in love with blogs- I've just never felt confident or creative enough to start one of my own. I had a good friend/co-worker suggest that I start one since tomorrow I go from a mom of one little dude- to a mom of two little dudes (scheduled c-section). She said it's a great way to have an on-line baby book- and I think she's right! Now let's just hope I have time to keep it updated.

So I am a full-time working married mom of an adorable 3 and a half year old.  Luke is my light and I have some anxiety of how he's going to adjust to having to share me. I'm sure he'll be a great big brother, perhaps a little HANDSY, but helpful too. 

Friday was my last day of work, and I've really tried to make the most of these last 4 days with Luke. Adventures, special treats, swimming, good times with his cousins and friends, and lots of snuggles. So Luke- when you're older and you're reading this- know that I tried to make the most of our last few days together just me and you. You're always my first-born that holds a special, special place in my heart.
